Facts & Figures

What We Have Raised

At Helping Heroes, our journey to empower single mother entrepreneurs is not just a vision; it’s a tangible mission fueled by the generosity and support of our incredible community. Our commitment to creating lasting change is reflected in the facts and figures of our fundraising efforts:

In 2020, we raised $1,980, a testament to the dedication of our supporters who believe in our cause.

In 2021, that commitment grew stronger as we raised $4,040, allowing us to extend our reach and impact.

The year 2022 was a milestone as we raised $14,762, a remarkable achievement that enabled us to empower more single mothers and create brighter futures.

In 2023, we continue to make progress, with $2,145 raised so far, demonstrating that our mission is an ongoing journey of transformation.

Behind these numbers lie the real impact we make:

  • It costs $12,000 per year to empower 20 single mothers to graduate, equipping them with valuable skills and opportunities.
  • Each sewing machine, at $250 each, symbolizes the tools of empowerment, enabling single mothers to start their entrepreneurial journey.
  • Living costs are a mere $1.50 each day to feed a family of 5, ensuring that basic needs are met as single mothers focus on their education and business ventures.
  • School rental at $100 per month is an essential investment that provides a safe and supportive environment for our programs.

These facts and figures illustrate the power of collective action. Each dollar raised represents an investment in the future of single mothers, their families, and the communities they serve. Together, we are breaking barriers, rewriting destinies, and creating a world where every woman has the opportunity to thrive.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters, donors, and partners who have made these achievements possible. Your generosity fuels our mission, and with your continued support, we look forward to reaching even greater heights in the years to come.

Join us in this transformative journey, where every contribution counts, and together, we make a lasting impact.
